Need dinner in a hurry? Add a salad and this 10 Minute Meal Fix Roast Beef and Caramelized Onion Naan Pizza will deliver a satisfying, hearty dinner in no time.

I keep a short list of go-to dinners for busy nights or evenings when I just don’t feel like cooking. The recipes I rely on share a few key traits: they’re quick, use ingredients I usually have on hand, please the whole family, and—most importantly—taste great. Food should make you happy, not feel like a chore. Consider that my new blessing for the table.
This roast beef and caramelized onion naan pizza checks every box. It’s fast, uses easy-to-find ingredients, makes everyone smile, and is genuinely delicious. To keep things simple and speedy, this post stays concise. After the recipe I’ve included six other quick dinners that are perfect for busy nights.

Cook’s Notes:
- When adding the roast beef, don’t lay slices flat. Hold each slice by one end and drape it over the onions so it folds like an accordion. This improves texture and presentation—same trick for making a great sandwich.
- You can use homemade frozen naan or store-bought naan—both work well. If you have homemade naan, even better.
- Leftover roast beef that’s been thinly sliced works wonderfully here. If you don’t roast your own, a good deli roast beef is a fine substitute.
- If you have slow-cooker caramelized onions on hand, this pizza is a perfect reason to use them.

Pin Recipe
Ingredients
- Per Pizza:
- 1 6-8 inch naan bread
- 1/3 cup caramelized onions
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced deli or homemade roast beef
- 3 slices deli provolone or Yancey’s Fancy Steakhouse Onion Cheese or a combination
- Minced fresh parsley and/or green onions for garnish
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
-
Spread the caramelized onions evenly over the naan, leaving about 1/4-inch clear at the edges. Top with the sliced roast beef. Tear the cheese into strips and arrange over the beef. Transfer the pizza to the oven directly on the rack using a pizza peel or a heatproof wide spatula. Bake 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden in spots and the beef and naan are heated through. Sprinkle with parsley and/or green onions and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
